Local artist, Ivy Egger, will teach students the art of mixed media mosaic utilizing pieces of cut glass, beads, mica, glitter and whatever else adds a sparkle to this art form. By the end of the class students will create a mosaic of their own to take home. Students will learn how to cut glass using wheeled nippers and to lay out and assemble their mosaic. Students will be provided all glass materials including glass beads, glass cutter tools, safety glasses, and adhesive to create a unique and sparkly piece of art suitable for framing.

In addition to having select pieces at The Collective, Ivy's works have been featured in esteemed art exhibit's such as the recent Chadds Ford Art Show, Pottstown Area Artists Guild Winter Exhibit, Swarthmore's Friends of the Arts and more.'
